Zhongguancun Leisure Complex in Weihai. Located in Yangting City, south of Weihai City, Shandong Province, the project is Phase II of Shandong Zhongguancun Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Industrial Park. The building covers an area of 4522, while the landscaped garden covers an area of 39478 ㎡. The design successfully presents a comprehensive low-density recreation center in the high-density park factory buildings, which provides a humanistic recreation and entertainment place for internal staff, to meet their leisure and leisure needs. recovery after daily work; and reduce mental depression and injuries caused by mechanized work mode.
Office and leisure complex. The project takes rest and recuperation as a design direction, pursues the traditional oriental freehand brush and the idea of relaxing body and mind by expressing feelings for the landscape, thus enhancing the experience of the physical sense and mental of the living environment. The general layout refers to the “vestibule and courtyard” garden model, using different landscape windows and dislocation design, to achieve the visual sense of the landscape change step by step.
The buildings showcase the interpretation of ‘simple but elegant’ Chinese tradition and the expression of oriental space, which is simple yet elegant, while creating the concept of freehand oriental brushwork and leaving more daydreaming space for the living space experience. Different hallways are connected in series with vestibule buildings, and the design of the mirror steel plate on the top reflects and integrates with the surrounding landscape environment. The undulating paths connect the backyard landscape, making visitors feel comfortable and out of place.
The project is divided into three areas, the front of which is the freehand oriental brush leisure garden. The western recreation functional area is connected by the hallway to meet the full needs of daily leisure functions, such as a cafe, book bar, exhibition hall, office and conference, while the south area -is is the recreation park of the lake, which separates the discover the area from the neighboring park and the view of the traffic by using rolling mountains and separating vehicles and people so that people can fit in the direction of nature and not be disturbed by park buildings and internal vehicles.
Sustainable ecological park. At the start of project development, it was a place where soil was piled up in the area, and the ecological environment was relatively poor. Depending on the construction needs of a conventional park, it must be completely leveled to be built. Based on the consideration of the recreation complex, and to make the most of the situation, the designer transferred the piles of soil to the mountains, built the pits in the lakes and took advantage of the winding roads surrounded to carry out the construction according to local conditions, presents a pleasant recreational landscape environment, and reduces grading and restoration costs.
It is quite difficult to care for green plants in northern China because the winter is very cold. So, at the start of the design, the designer borrowed the traditional Chinese freehand abstract brush to create the artistic design of the space in a minimalist way, using different water landscapes to create an elegant landscape. At the same time, through the scattered buildings, the way of borrowing decorations with the decoration windows, and the different gray spaces, the designer succeeds in presenting the aesthetic feeling of different scenes, so as to meet the aesthetic feeling of the garden. north for humans. countryside.
The project uses a large number of sheet steel building materials to show the sense of lightness and elegance, while the white umbrella style roof can collect rainwater and store it in the tank of the filter as a water supply of the underground landscape, to realize the recycling and ecological use of the water landscape. The glass curtain wall shows the transparent and open state of the project while the double-layer energy saving system is adopted to realize the two-way system of internal circulation and external circulation. The greenhouse effect is formed between the double-layered glass, in the summer the superheated air in the greenhouse is exhausted from the outside, while in the winter the solar thermal energy is introduced into the room, saving a lot energy for winter and summer.
Healing office template. The traditional centralized industrial park is characterized by an intensive factory building space, the tense and monotonous working environment of workers can easily lead to mental stress and illnesses, as well as different social group problems. Weihai Zhongguancun Leisure Complex, based on the proposal of the Shenzhen Planning for Value Orientation Change of Phase II Project, presents the purpose and functional requirements of humanistic care for employees and presents a complex center of recreation with a low construction density to create a place for employees to relieve their mental pressure, in order to let the daily backlog of mechanized assembly line emotions be relieved across the space.
The completion of the project opens a model of an industrial park complete with humanistic care, which transformed a conventional industrial factory into a leisure complex, to meet the recovery environment, indirectly improve the value and profit of employees and promote the healthy development of the humanistic way of the enterprise. The project is completely open to the outside in the form of a park to convey the brand image of the company turned towards humanity and social responsibility. At the same time, this has brought about a change in the overall planning of the area.
