jalsa

The first movie on the list of top Indian movies on OTT 2022 is jalsa. bollywood drama jalsa was directed by Suresh Triveni in 2022. The main actors in the film are Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah. The duo teamed up again for the second film after working together on the critically acclaimed film Tumhari Sulu. This is Vidya Balan’s third film on Amazon Prime Video.

Lapeta Buckle

Aakash Bhatia is the director of the new-age Bollywood comedy-thriller titled Lapeta Buckle. Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin played the lead actors in the film. The narrative centers on Savi (Taapsee Pannu), who makes an effort to save her partner Satya (played by Tahir Raj Bhasin). Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Rajendra Chawla and KC Shankar all play significant roles in Lapeta Buckle.

Run Lola Runa 1998 German experimental thriller by Tom Tykwer, inspired Lapeta buckle.

Sharmaji Namkeen

An entertaining film not to be missed is Sharmaji Namkeen. The film serves as a heartfelt farewell to Rishi Kapoor, an actor whose acting would light up the screen. Kapoor died while shooting this movie and later Paresh Rawal stepped into his shoes and finished the movie. It is one of the rare films where two actors played the same character.

The film is about a retired man who tries to find zeal in his life and does so through cooking.

Greet

The Malayalam Drama Movie 2022 Greet was written and directed by Bobby-Sanjay and Rosshan Andrews. Dulquer Salmaan and Diana Penty play key characters in Salute. Key roles in the film are also played by Manoj K. Jayan, Lakshmi Gopalaswami, Saniya Iyappan, Deepak Parambol and others. The film tells the story of Aravind Karunakaran, a man on a quest to solve a decades-old cold case.

cobalt blue

The story of a brother and sister who fell in love with their new tenant is told in cobalt blue. The novel’s intimate sexual exploration, agonizing melancholy and seductive images, some of which survive the journey from page to screen.

Prateik Babbar is the life-changing tenant of siblings Tanay (Neelay Mehendale) and Anuja (Neejay Mehta) in the Netflix version (Anjali Sivaraman). cobalt blue tries, but not always successfully, to straddle the line between dream and reality.

Bollywood drama film by Raj Singh Chaudhary Tar was released in May 2022. Main roles in the film Tar are performed by Anil Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Harshvardhan Kapoor, Sanjay Bishnoi and Sanjay Dadhich.

The story of a man who moves to a big city to look for work and get revenge on those who wronged him is told in the film. Under the auspices of Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network, Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor are responsible for producing Thar. Ajay Jayanthi composed the music for the film and Aarti Bajaj did the editing.
